	work steps:
	1. cut wire
	2. cut and print plates of steel
	3. Enter the wire diameter 12 on a punching to make head.
	4. Wire diameter 12 incorporated into an oven as much as two times
	- The first to strengthen metal with high temperature
	- The second process to stabilize metal by low temperature
	5. Drill a part of the head
	6. Pairs of wire diameter 10 on the head wire diameter 12
